2023 Season

March 2023 - Das Biest Performed our first piece after incorporation. This was a work performed at the FOWHAC annual fundraiser.

Monsters Under the Bed - This video work premiered in August of 2023. Made in collaboration with Crescent Moon Gifts, this work had two public screenings in Tacoma and Olympia as well as a virtual premier through zoom. This piece was made possible with the support of Tacoma Artist’s Initiative and Tacoma Creates.

Vampyre : A Strange Fiction Dance - This work premiered in September of 2023. Made in collaboration with Crescent Moon Gifts, this work ran over two nights and was an exploration of vampires in literature and movies. This work was made possible with the support of Tacoma Creates and ArtsWa.

Yuletide Fundraiser - We hosted our first annual yuletide fundraiser! This event was a success and included a silent auction, tarot readings and screenings of past work.

Jumping Jacks - This worked premiered at Next Fest NW: Rupture/Rapture. This work was in collaboration with Velocity Dance in Seattle. This was the company’s first work explicitly exploring disability. This work ran two over two weekends in December 2023.
