Spend this time with V to discover what your body craves for comfort and calm. Warm-up stretches (that actually feel good!), movement exploration, journaling, and discussion will take place during the workshop. Fidgeting and stimming are welcome in this space! Although this workshop will be focused on disability and chronic illness, anyone is welcome to attend.
What to bring: water, notebook, pen(cil), cozy clothes to move in, any comforts (fidgets, blanket, socks, etc.), yoga mat (optional), yoga blocks (optional), pillow (optional)
